We incorporate many manual resisted exercises into our training programs at BPT. In this video, @scuhlir is performing perturbations while @chasebarsotti is maintaining his arm in the 90/90 position. This drill aims to improve rotator cuff strength/timing to keep the head of the humerus centered in the shoulder socket. With the addition of the band row, the goal is to increase the trunk stability while resisting the perturbations on the arm.
