Hip airplanes are one of many mobility exercises that we use here at BPT.
This drill emphasizes single-leg stability while moving through active mobility of both hip internal and external rotation. This can be beneficial to baseball, softball, and water polo athletes as well as anybody looking to increase their hip range of motion.
