The Keiser X-Pulldown is an upper-body vertical pulling movement that we like to incorporate for individuals that don’t quite have full shoulder flexion and may not do well with chin-ups. The free-moving handle allows the capability to externally rotate the humerus to encourage better ball-on socket movement.
