This is our Kettlebell (KB) progression: KB swing, to 2-KB Swing, to 1-Arm KB Swing.
The kettlebell swing is an explosive hinge movement we utilize to train lower body posterior chain power.
2-KB is a progression we use for the KB Swing that requires increased stabilization through the explosive hinge movement.
1-Arm KB Swing is the final progression for the KB Swing, and it requires unilateral stabilization throughout the explosive hinge movement.
